We’ll also be handing out glow sticks to all the kids so they can shine on the Holiday Walk. Come say hi and grab a treat! \nLive window displays\, merchant open houses\, horse-drawn carriage rides\, balloon twisting\, Santa & Mrs. Claus and an Ice Sculpture photo op are just part of the magic of this annual Holiday Walk on Madison Street. \n\n6 PM – Santa & Mrs. Claus arrive by fire engine at Constitution Court to light the tree (Madison & Thomas)\n6-8 PM – Visit Santa & Mrs. Claus at Forest Park Bank (7348 Madison)\n6-9 PM – Horse-drawn sleigh rides – Beloit & Madison and Elgin & Madison\n6-9 PM – Sky High Balloon Guy Balloon Twister\n6-9 PM – Sky High Balloon Guy Face Painter & more!
