We’re beyond excited to unveil something truly special at U3 Coffee Roastery + Café: a brand-new mural by local Chicago artist Sam Kirk and her incredible team!

As you make your way up the stairs to our rooftop café, you’ll now be walking through a story—told in vibrant colors. Our UNITED BY COFFEE mural begins right here in Forest Park, our home, and follows the journey of coffee across continents, cultures, and communities. It winds through vibrant global scenes, culminating at the Tarrazu Estate in Costa Rica, where we source our flagship coffee beans.

This mural is more than art—it’s a tribute to the journey behind every cup. Come experience it in person, one step (and one sip) at a time.
