U3 will provide you with specific mailing bags/boxes for required use to ship the order to the customer.

U3 requires that you do NOT put anything else in with the coffee orders.

Customer orders will be placed via the U3 COFFEE website: u3coffee.com.

U3 will provide the order details promptly to you via email, or other more efficient means as agreed by Parties.

U3 will email you the pre-paid shipping label to print and affix to the U3 provided packaging.

Customer emails will NOT be provided. However, customers will have the opportunity to freely go to your website, most likely after tasting your coffee, and have the ability to order through you directly. That is part of the expectation over time and that U3 is a feeder for new customers to you, as well as providing marketing exposure for you and your brand by being part of the U3 COFFEE EXCHANGE.

NOTE: Our marketing plan’s mission is to help elevate quality coffee roasters across the U.S. We aim to have a long-term relationship with you and your company and hope to openly collaborate. So, if there are ways we can do things better or help you, just let us know…we’re always open to suggestions!
