This exclusive dinner brings together a limited gathering of 24 guests for an evening of great food, meaningful conversation, and community—all on the rooftop at U3 Coffee.
Your ticket includes the private dinner experience and all planned food, beverage offerings & special gift. Importantly, this event is a celebration, not a fundraiser.
THE EVENING EXPERIENCE:

Welcome reception in the café with small bites, hors d’oeuvres & BYOB.
6:30 PM | Rooftop Welcome

6:45 PM | Dinner
Progressive dinner beginning downstairs in the café, moving to the rooftop for the main dinner. An elegantly prepared meal, served family style & partially individually plated:
- Chef-Curated Bread Service — House-made breads accompanied by signature dips & artisan butters
- Seasonal Family-Style Salad — Fresh, thoughtfully composed seasonal greens & accompaniments
- Chef’s Soup Sipper — A delicate, seasonal soup to awaken the palate

- Braised Beef or Lamb Shank — Your choice of tender, slow-braised beef or lamb shank, served with creamy corn purée polenta, locally grown root vegetables, red wine jus & vibrant salsa verde

Guests are welcome to bring wine or spirits of their choice, and our U3 team will be happy to serve it throughout the evening.
