In consideration for value received, the sufficiency and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged: I am twenty-one (21) years of age or older and the right to contract in my own name in the below regard. I agree to grant to U3 Coffee, LLC (“U3”) and affiliates, and is successors in interest, the right, as may be applicable, to interview, photograph, create, record, broadcast, telecast, or otherwise use, reproduce, publish and republish, perpetually and throughout the world (“Rights”), for all media associated with the U3 interview now and hereafter known or devised. U3 shall be the sole owner of all rights in any commercial or other media product using the Rights, with full authority to assign. I grant and assign unto U3 a worldwide, assignable, royalty-free license, in perpetuity, to use the Rights. No approval by me shall be required for any use of the Rights. I release and discharge U3 from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the Rights. I agree to indemnify U3 from and against any and all liability arising out of the exercise of the Rights granted by the above release.
