Greg Hess is an accomplished actor, creative producer, and writer with an impressive list of stage and screen credits. His stage work includes performances with the Improvised Shakespeare Company, Cook County Social Club (UCB), and The Second City National Touring Company. On screen, Greg has appeared in shows like Lonestar 911 (Fox), Yesterday (Dir. Danny Boyle), Playing House (USA), Adam Ruins Everything (TruTV), Key & Peele (Comedy Central), Tacoma FD(TruTV), and LA to Vegas (Fox). He also created the show Food: The Source of Life for Adult Swim.
Greg’s writing has been featured in prestigious publications such as The New Yorker, Points in Case, The Resonator(BGS), and The American Bystander. He is also the co-host of the hit podcast MEGA, an improvised satire set inside a mega church, and Get It To Dutch: A Screenwriter’s Journey (iHeart Media). Previously, Greg worked as a creative at Kristi Ross’s former company, tastytrade.
Now based in Los Angeles, Greg lives with his partner Holly, their dog Sister, and a shared obsession with all things coffee.
